About
Reaching Higher is a youth charity with a Christian ethos that works with young people in Croydon. The organisation aims to challenge young people to be leaders of their own lives, teaching them transferable skills and helping them recognise skills developed through their own experiences. They provide a safe and welcoming environment for learning and development. Reaching Higher delivers mentoring and leadership sessions in partner schools, and runs programmes in sports, creativity, and leadership to foster community connection and support youth development. They also operate community programmes and initiatives like the Youth Board, which influenced activities at BoxPark Croydon, and the Limitless Youth Camp. They have an October Hangouts programme and formerly offered a summer programme called BLITZ.
