About
My Yard Charity is a registered charity formed in 2014, working to address local food poverty and social deprivation in the Harrow, Bushey, and Barnet areas. The charity rescues an average of one ton of healthy surplus food each week, delivering it to those in need. In addition to food distribution, My Yard fosters community togetherness through youth groups, social events, gardening clubs, and holiday activities. Their services aim to reduce food waste, prevent social isolation, and boost community wellbeing by empowering residents of all ages to make positive changes and support each other.
