The organisation provides a Winter Night Shelter from January to March, offering dormitory-style accommodation. They also offer supported accommodation through Hope Place and The Ark, housing up to eight rough sleepers for up to two years to help them gain independence. Additionally, FirmFoundation runs Single Homelessness Signposting Drop-in services several times a week at the Welldon Centre in Harrow, providing support and guidance for those experiencing homelessness.
